Grapefruit & Cucumber Salad with a Honey Vinaigrette

1 grapefruit and half a cucumber, sliced and plated. 

Drizzled with a honey vinaigrette:

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp apple cider vinegar 

1 1/2 tsp honey

Salt and pepper to taste.
